At DCC Vital, we keep things simple. Our hiring process is straightforward and fast moving, and you can expect to know where you stand at each stage of the process. We use a combination of selection tools including:

Our HR Team and Hiring Managers screen applications and CVs. We’ll let you know if you are being progressed to the next stage or kept in our system for future opportunities.
Interviews are a great way for us to get to know each other. Feel free to ask about our company, our people or the opportunities on offer. We use an approach called competency-based interviewing. It is based on the idea that past behaviour is the best predictor of future behaviour. The focus is on your experiences and how you have used your skills or competencies to deal with previous situations. It’s a great way for you to show your potential.
If you are identified as the right candidate for the job at the first and second round interviews, we will make an offer outlining the rewards and benefits that come with your new role at DCC Vital. Not successful? We provide interview feedback and keep your CV in our system for future opportunities.
We sometimes use online psychometric testing. Expect lots of information about the tests and ample notice.
Joining DCC Vital
Once a start date has been agreed, an induction and on-boarding plan is created for you. You will receive comprehensive training as required and we will provide all the support and resources you need for a successful career at DCC Vital.
