Leadership at DCC Vital

At DCC Vital our senior leadership team combines over 150 years of deep sectoral knowledge gained while working with some of the world’s largest health care providers as well as private organisations.

Our wealth of experience is underpinned by the very best in financial oversight, operational excellence and human resource management again gained from working with internationally renowned organisations.

As a Team we foster an environment that encourages entrepreneurial flair and rewards talent. With a keen understanding of the needs in a constantly changing health care environment we strive to build trust, create successful partnerships, deliver the best results and so exceed the expectations of our customers and suppliers alike.

  • Harry Keenan, Group Managing Director

    Harry is Managing Director of DCC Vital, the parent group of pharmaceutical, devices and logistics businesses that includes Fannin. Harry brings a wealth of healthcare leadership experience to DCC Vital having served as General Manager Western Europe Smaller Markets and most recently as General Manager of Baxter UK and Ireland. Harry has built extensive industry relations in Britain, serving as a director of the ABHI and as co-chair of the Ministerial Medical Technology Strategy Group (MMTSG) and Earl Howe, Minister of State for Health. He also served as a council member of the CBI South East England.

  • Caroline Moran, Group Finance Director

    Caroline is the Group Finance Director and has been with the Company since 2002. A Chartered Certified Accountant, Caroline has worked in various finance roles within the organisation before being appointed to her current role. Prior to working in DCC Vital,  Caroline worked in accountancy practice, and in commercial finance roles in printing and graphic design businesses.

  • Hugh Hamer, Managing Director – Primary Care

    Hugh has been with Williams Medical Supplies since 2006. An engineer by background previously Hugh spent 12 years with an OEM vacuum pump and compressor manufacturer focusing on the automotive and medical industry.
    Hugh is married with two kids and lives in South Wales; is a keen Welsh rugby supporter and attempts to play golf when time allows.

  • Olwyn Kearns, Group HR Director

    Olwyn is our Group HR Director having joined DCC Vital in 2012. Olwyn has over 15 years experience in a variety of HR business partnering and talent management roles. Previously Olwyn worked in the IT and Telecoms sector with companies including Esat Telecom and BT.

  • Greg Kenward, Business Development & Strategy Director

    Greg is Business Development & Strategy Director for DCC Vital and has over 20 years experience in roles in Ireland, the UK and Australia, including in-house corporate development, corporate advisory, banking and Big 4 accounting. He has worked across a number of sectors, including roles in in the healthcare, infrastructure services and financial services sectors and was previously Head of M&A with an Irish headquartered multi-national focused on the telecommunications, utility and construction services.

  • Sarah O'Neill, Group Technical Director

    Sarah O’Neill is Group Technical Director for DCC Vital and has been with the organisation since 2003. With over 20 years in the healthcare industry in a variety of roles including sales, marketing and technical functions such as quality, regulatory, pharmacovigilance and medical information, Sarah is responsible for Quality, Regulatory and EHS across the group. DCC Vital’s Technical organisation supports certification spanning a broad range of ISO standards (9001, 13485, 17025, 14001, 18001), GxP compliance and business development support.

  • Enda Scott, Managing Director - Britain & International

    Enda is Managing Director of DCC Vital Britain & International and has spent over 15 years working in the pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical services sectors. Enda worked in sales, marketing and management roles within the pharmaceutical industry before joining UDG Healthcare plc where he served in various roles including Managing Director of Sharp Packaging and Managing Director of Ashfield Healthcare UK, both divisions within UDG Healthcare.

  • Pat Tracey, Group Operations Director

    Pat is our Group Operations and has spent 30 years in the Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical sectors. Pat joined DCC Vital in 2003 and prior to this spent 14 years in Pharmaceutical distribution including 6 years as MD of Cahill May Roberts a leading wholesaler and subsidiary of Celesio A.G.. Pat also spent 16 years in various Sales and Marketing management roles across the Medical Devices industry with DCC Vital and previously with companies such as Baxter and Hollister.
